Buying a house is stressful, especially when your budget forces you to look at fixer-uppers.  We looked at houses from one end of LA to the other and finally found one we were really interested in.  We weren't really sure what we were getting ourselves into and would never buy a house without a home inspection.  
 
I called DeWitt Inspections and they were very prompt at responding and making an appointment.  The inspector came out and did a very thorough walk through.  We followed him from room to room and walked the exterior all the while he pointed out the things that may need repair or were just a general concern.
